Payment and cancellation policy
Payments. More than 7 days before arrival: pay 50% of lodging at confirmation and the remaining 50% 7 days before arrival. Bookings 2–7 days ahead: pay 100% of lodging at confirmation. The deposit is due at check-in and cleaning at checkout.
Cancellation. Guest cancellation: 80% of lodging paid is refunded more than 15 days before arrival; 50% at 7–15 days; and 0% with less than 7 days or for a no-show. Percentages apply only to lodging actually paid, not the full booking price. Advance notice is counted in calendar days using Cartagena’s date.
If the stay does not begin, any prepaid cleaning fee or deposit is refunded in full. If the landlord cancels, the guest chooses a full refund of all amounts paid or rescheduling.
Deposit at check-in: $300,000 COP or $100 USD. Returned within 48–72 hours after checkout if the apartment is handed back in excellent condition and without damage.
Final cleaning: $70,000 COP or $25 USD, a one-time additional charge at checkout. Non-refundable if the stay takes place.
